Yourinnerselves stands for connection, awareness, and creating space for yourself. I'm here for women who want to rediscover the connection with themselves. It's a journey of self-discovery and personal growth through holistic (online) life coaching. Additionally, I also organize cacao ceremonies.

I know exactly how you feel. I was once in a similar place—lost, with a cluttered mind, and experiencing a void within me. My emotions? I had no idea how to connect with them. Gradually, I became more aware that I was completely disconnected from myself.
